About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team at Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing team.
  • Document patient information, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state of PA.
  • Experience in long-term care or a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
