Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Integrated Mental Health Therapist to join our team at MultiCare Health System, Inc. This role will provide assessments, treatment planning, and psychosocial therapy to patients in a primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health needs
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document treatment progress and communicate with patients and their families
  • Stay current on community resources and provide linkage and advocacy to patients as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LSWAIC), Licensed Advanced Social Worker Associate (LAASW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) or eligibility for associate level licensure upon hire
  • One to two years of experience in a behavioral health setting
