About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Steel Superintendent to join our team. As a Steel Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing project plans, managing resources, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Company Leader with extensive experience in large commercial, high-rise, industrial, airport, and institutional construction projects.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with multiple crew members and locations.
  • Expertise in project management, construction, and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
