We are seeking a skilled Sushi Prep/Line Cook to join our team at Kura Sushi USA in Irvine, CA. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sushi dishes to our guests.

• Prepare and cook sushi and other Japanese dishes to order
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
• Meet productivity and quality standards

• 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role
• Knowledge of sushi preparation and presentation
• Ability to work in a team environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
