**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiology Tech to join our team at Capleo Global. As a Radiology Tech, you will play a critical role in performing radiographic examinations with minimal supervision under the direction of a Radiologist.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform and assist with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Document patient history and medical information related to specific procedures, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Verify patient identification through verbal confirmation and proof of identity, ensuring accurate patient records.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media as required, following established protocols and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other physicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Demonstrate expertise in anatomic positioning, ensuring accurate and precise imaging results.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to departmental standards and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Requires strenuous physical effort while assisting patients from wheelchairs and stretchers, with the ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
  • Handle equipment and monitoring supplies with care and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with patients, hospital staff, and radiologists.
  • Frequently stretch, bend, twist, squat, or kneel in operating radiographic equipment, with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Use hands for power gripping, speed work, and precision during manipulation of radiographic equipment and in the case of injured and diseased patients.
  • Vision and hearing for distances of up to 10 feet are necessary, with the ability to focus on detailed tasks.
  • Exposure to various physical conditions, including walking on hard surfaces, climbing stairs, and being near moving equipment.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in temperature and humidity, with a focus on maintaining a safe and comfortable work environment.
