Financial Sales Representative

As a Financial Sales Representative with Spieldenner Financial Group, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in creating personalized financial solutions. With a focus on mortgage protection and premium financial products, you will play a key role in helping individuals protect their income and achieve their financial goals.
Compensation
The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect. Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week, resulting in a potential earnings of $3,000 to $6,000 per week or $156,000 to $312,000 per year. In addition to uncapped commission, we have a competitive bonus structure program along with incentive trips agents/managers can qualify for based on their individual and team results.
Key Responsibilities
This position involves setting appointments with potential clients, researching client needs, meeting with families to present options, and following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting. You will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
