Job DescriptionWe are seeking an empathetic and dedicated individual to join our team at Milestone Manor as a Community Residence Counselor I. This role involves collaborating with residents to work towards their goals, supervising daily living activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and modeling positive behaviors.
BenefitsA competitive salary of $38,400 per year ($19 per hour with a 40 hour workweek) and a generous time off package make this an attractive opportunity. We also offer medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, as well as opportunities for overtime and professional growth.
RequirementsTo qualify, you must have an understanding of human services, excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal boundaries, and the ability to operate independently. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving history are also required.
ScheduleWe offer a variety of shifts, including day, evening, weekend, and asleep overnight hours, allowing for a flexible schedule.
