Saturday Youth Soccer Coach Opportunity

Are you passionate about positively impacting children's lives through the amazing game of soccer?

We are looking for part-time Saturday youth soccer coaches to join our team at Soccer Shots - Central East Bay. As a coach, you will be responsible for delivering our engaging and character-building soccer program to children aged 2-10 at community centers and parks in Discovery Bay, Brentwood, Antioch, Oakley, and Pittsburg.

Soccer Shots is an award-winning children's soccer program that focuses on skill development, teamwork, and character growth. Our expert coaches provide a fun and supportive environment where kids can learn and thrive.

Job Details

• Location: Discovery Bay, Brentwood, Antioch, Oakley, and Pittsburg
• Schedule: Saturdays from 9 am - 1 pm (3-5 sessions)
• Job Type: Part-time
• Compensation: $20-$25 per session (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy and engaging soccer sessions to children aged 2-10
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, daycare staff, and directors
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Complete required training and evaluation

Requirements

• Previous coaching or soccer experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Clear background check
