Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Broadband Specialist to join our team at Mediacom Communications Corporation. As a Broadband Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our cable television and broadband services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain cable television and broadband services for customers
  • Drive company vehicles and use bucket trucks to access customer locations
  • Use customary CATV hand and power tools to perform job duties
  • Analyze picture quality and judge acceptability of picture delivered following installation of cable service
  • Inform customers of FCC rules and company policies as they pertain to customers
  • Perform other duties as directed, including clean-up and salvage of wrecked out materials
Requirements
  • General level of mechanical and consumer devices knowledge
  • Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
