About the Role

Maintenance Equipment Specialist - Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist for our Pennsylvania recycling operation. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and offers a competitive salary of $17-$22 per hour, depending on full-time or part-time availability.

Job Description

This highly motivated individual will assist maintenance technicians in performing day-to-day tasks, including installation and maintenance of electrical and pneumatic mechanical systems, general duties that do not require specialized technicians, and administrative tasks such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proven maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Safe operation of hand and power tools, cleaning equipment, and vehicles
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and good hand-eye coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate problems and solutions, adapt to new processes, and take initiative to develop skills and expertise
