Drill Bore Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman Directional Drill Bore to join our team at Trawick Construction Company, LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing directional drilling operations, ensuring the safe and efficient installation of buried cables, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of the job.

• Extensive knowledge of directional drilling operations and techniques
• Proficiency with drilling equipment and ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, and operating instructions
• Experience with drill setup and design processes
• Ability to develop and maintain a bore schedule
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High level of safety consciousness and involvement in new site Job Safety Analysis (JSA) prior to starting construction
• Ability to proficiently use locators to safely identify utilities
• Safe operation of directional drills on the jobsite
• Restoration and/or landscaping of disturbed areas of the jobsite
• Training and mentoring of crew members
• Site setup and clean-up

• Strong technical knowledge of directional drilling operations
• 5 years of directional drilling experience
• Valid Driver's license required, Class A CDL preferred
• Ability to drive a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
• Ability to meet critical deadlines under stressful conditions
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Ability to accurately measure distance using tapes or other measuring devices
