Job Description

Job Summary:

As a seasoned ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process-driven solutions using ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow Core, ITSM, ITOM, and HAM modules
  • Provide process-driven solutions to improve efficiency and meet organizational objectives
  • Develop and customize Service Portals and Catalogs
  • Write and maintain JavaScript code for customizations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and performance

Mandatory Skills:

  • Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of Core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HAM
  • Experience working with Service Portal and Catalogs
  • Proficient in JavaScript for developing scripts and customizing workflows
  • Self-starter capable of managing tasks independently and taking ownership of projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP) and data imports
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration in ServiceNow
