Job DescriptionJob Summary:
As a seasoned ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process-driven solutions using ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow Core, ITSM, ITOM, and HAM modules
- Provide process-driven solutions to improve efficiency and meet organizational objectives
- Develop and customize Service Portals and Catalogs
- Write and maintain JavaScript code for customizations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and performance
Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of Core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HAM
- Experience working with Service Portal and Catalogs
- Proficient in JavaScript for developing scripts and customizing workflows
- Self-starter capable of managing tasks independently and taking ownership of projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP) and data imports
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration in ServiceNow
