**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Specialist II - Acute Care to join our team at Cone Health. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our acute care setting.

**Responsibilities**

* Interpret and follow physician instructions to deliver high-quality patient care
* Oversee and verify prescription order entry, packaging, and dispensing
* Provide and monitor pharmacy-driven protocols, drug utilization, and medication-related information to healthcare professionals, patients, and the public
* Supervise and evaluate pharmacy technicians
* Precept students
* Provide other clinical services as necessary to facilitate patient care

**Qualifications**

* Doctor of Pharmacy or BSPharm degree
* 3 years of experience as a registered pharmacist
* Registered Pharmacist in NC
* BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider certification
