About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at Reston Hospital Center. As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to neonates and their families in a Level 3 NICU setting
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
  • At least 1 year of NICU experience
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
