Agricultural Project Coordinator

Komro Sales & Services, Inc. is a privately owned company serving the Dairy and Agricultural Industry since 1960. The company provides facility design and construction services, including sales and service for irrigation, grain handling, manure handling, and constructing high-tech manure separation systems nationwide.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.

• Understand and acknowledge customer needs, providing exceptional service and communication.
• Manage and assign tasks involving physical labor at various project, shop, and customer locations.
• Negotiate with customers to beneficially position the company and team.
• Prepare project budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements.

• 5+ years of construction industry experience preferred.
• Advanced machinery, hydraulic, electric, concrete forming & finishing skills.
• Possess good decision-making skills, quality focus, and demonstrate dependability, successful leadership, control, implementation, and drive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Equipment experience and knowledge (skid steer, welding, torch use) or training available.
