Job Title: Automotive Warranty Administrator

Automotive Warranty Network, Inc, the leader in comprehensive warranty claims management for auto dealers, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our Warranty Administration team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. This is a critical role in our organization, and we are looking for a team player who can adapt to our rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage warranty claims, including evaluating current warranty receivables, open RO lists, and claims in the manufacturer submission site.
  • Develop and implement plans to organize and execute processes to catch dealers up as soon as possible.
  • Assist in warranty coverage, including vacation coverage, and participate in Saturday coverage rotations.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim processing.
Requirements:
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change.
  • Experience in dealership warranty administration and exposure to DMS is necessary.
  • Deep support and training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
