Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase the number of prospects and applicants who complete the admission process and enroll in classes.
- Participate in recruitment opportunities with area K-12 schools, including giving presentations and collecting prospect information and applications.
- Assist with the College's campus tour program, including daily tours and group tours.
- Utilize the Ellucian Recruit software to follow up on chat requests, information requests, and campus tour requests.
- Bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to relate to diverse populations and have an engaging personality.
- Ability to speak to groups with confidence and have a strong work ethic.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in higher education that is directly related to recruitment is recommended.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate examples of prior success in recruitment efforts, initiatives, and strategies.
Advertised Salary: $37,860 (Minimum) - $53,957 (Midpoint)
