Prepress Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Prepress Specialist to join our team at Navitor Midwest, a Taylor Company, in North Mankato, MN.

This role will be responsible for modifying and preparing customer artwork prior to production and may assist with the production process when needed.

• Review and interpret customer order information to ensure all necessary items are present for effective production.
• Respond to internal questions from manufacturing and customer service related to specific orders and determine the correct system for entry.
• Tear down and/or sort orders to prepare for entry.
• Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines and work constructively with co-workers, supervisors, vendors, etc.
• Set up production-ready artwork digitally on a plate.
• Gather materials for plate making.
• Use plate processing equipment and move plates between equipment.

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.

• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience in basic computer operation skills.
• Accurate typing ability (40WPM or more).
• Ability to speak and communicate with fellow employees at a professional level.
• Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas.
• Regularly remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operate machinery and handle products.
• Frequently move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 60+ pounds.
