Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer Co-Op to join our team. As a Co-Op, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, develop your skills in design and CAD applications, and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers to deliver high-quality projects
  • Draft and design construction drawings for industrial, corporate, healthcare, retail, and mixed-use projects
  • Become proficient in the use of design and CAD applications, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Develop skills and knowledge to increase your contribution, growth, and development
  • Work positively within a team environment to achieve project goals
  • Learn how to organize your work to maximize your contribution and growth
  • Develop skills and knowledge to increase and advance your potential
  • Learn how we interact with our clients to provide value
  • Have fun while working hard to excel in our projects
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a four-year Civil Engineering degree program
  • Enjoy a collaborative environment with coworkers
  • Thirst for knowledge and team-oriented
  • Sense of independent thought, self-organization, and problem-solving
  • Ability to communicate and present ideas
  • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD (opportunity for exposure with Civil 3D)
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Willingness to learn minimal use of project management software
