Job Title: Dentist

Community of Hope is seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team. As a Dentist, you will provide direct dental care to patients, meeting clinical standards, within the appropriate scope of practice.

Job Summary:

The Dentist will provide a range of dental services, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatments. You will work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct dental care to patients, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatments.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Dental Degree (DDS, Board Certified preferred) required.
  • Current license or ability to acquire a DC license in a timely manner required.
  • Current CDS and DEA required.
  • Continuous dental education to maintain license required.
  • Current BLS certification (ACLS or BLS for the Healthcare Provider or equivalent) required.
  • Commitment to work with underserved populations in an urban setting.
  • Ability to work in a non-profit environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Amharic a plus.
What We Offer:

Community of Hope offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $145,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance, 403(b) Retirement Plan, and flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care reimbursable expenses.

We prioritize work-life balance and offer remote work opportunities, 8-hour workdays, 11.5 paid company holidays, 1 personal floating holiday, 15 days of paid vacation (increases to 20 after 3 years of service), and 12 days of paid sick leave on an annual basis.
