Goodwill is seeking a skilled Donation Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our donation center, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient donation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist donors with donation drop-offs
  • Identify high-quality items for sale through Goodwill E-Commerce
  • Decline donations of unsalable items or those on prohibited lists
  • Prepare donation receipts for donors, as needed
  • Sort donations into designated areas and categories
  • Select, hang, and price items for store display
  • Prepare rejected goods for disposal
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Ability to sort goods and materials for sale
  • Knowledge to identify high-quality or valuable items
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Independence in performing job duties
  • Ability to use assigned tools and equipment
