Certification Requirements- Mandatory Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
- Preferred Certification: TNCC
- Licensure: Active license required in AZ or Compact State
The selected candidates will be tasked with providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering care in the Emergency Room for a duration of 13 weeks.
- Utilizing a minimum of 2 years of ER experience to manage diverse patient needs.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
- Experience with Trauma Levels 1-3 within the last 2 years.
- Proficiency in EPIC and EMR systems.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on resume accuracy, including previous duties and hospital specifics.
- Ability to clarify any employment gaps during the application process.
- Start dates are fixed.
- Shifts will vary, with start times including 7, 10, 11, 12, 1, and 3.
- Modified self-scheduling will be implemented.
- Weekend shifts are required as part of the schedule.
- Holiday shifts may also be included.
- Facility includes 52 beds with 4 designated trauma bays.
- Average patient volume is approximately 200 per day.
- Staffing includes various levels of medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Equipment and support services are readily available for patient management.
