IT Director

At Erie Insurance, we're seeking a highly skilled IT Director to lead our technology team and drive innovation across the organization.

The IT Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our IT team, ensuring the effective delivery of technology solutions that meet the needs of our business.

• Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Oversee the development and implementation of technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
• Ensure the security and integrity of our technology systems and data
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT leadership or management
• Proven track record of delivering technology solutions that meet business needs
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
