We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Retail Wireless Consultant at GP Mobile, one of the largest T-Mobile authorized retailers in the country.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, showcasing the latest T-Mobile products and services, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions that meet their unique requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience. They will also have a solid understanding of wireless technology and be able to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Selling T-Mobile products and services to customers
  • Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs and preferences
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of T-Mobile products and services
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets

We offer a competitive salary range of $13.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.
