We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Manager to join our team at Roers Companies in Sun Prairie, WI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring residents' needs are met while driving the success of the business. Key responsibilities include achieving property performance goals, maintaining strong resident relations, overseeing leasing and occupancy rates, directing property operations and staff, and managing rent collections and bank deposits.

As a dedicated professional, you will also pursue delinquent rents and evictions timely and aggressively, supervise maintenance staff, and enforce community rules and regulations. Additionally, you will work with the Regional Director to develop, monitor, and achieve annual budget objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications. You will also need to possess exceptional time management skills, be organized, and detail-oriented.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive hourly wage of $**$48.50** per hour, paid on a bi-weekly basis. This wage reflects the company's commitment to providing fair compensation for skilled professionals like yourself.
