Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the CVOR setting, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain the OR environment, ensuring that all necessary equipment and medications are available.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A valid RN license in Virginia or North Carolina.
- 2 years of recent CVOR experience, with a strong background in critical care and cardiovascular nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of hire.
