About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Autism Therapy Specialist to join our team at KidsPeace. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children with Autism and other behavioral challenges, providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis intervention in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive teaching and behavior interventions to support clients in achieving their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Behavior Analysts and Consultants to ensure treatment plans are effective and tailored to individual needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

  • Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
