PEMEX Deer Park is seeking a highly skilled Refinery West Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance Leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and quality execution of maintenance activities within the Distilling and Coker/GOHT production units of the refinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 7 direct reports and 60+ crafts to ensure effective maintenance execution.
  • Develop and track monthly performance metrics to drive improvement.
  • Align maintenance demand prioritization and resource allocation across 2 OMC stakeholders.
  • Lead multi-discipline teams in scoping, planning, and execution of field maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and work practices.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in maintenance execution in a refinery or similar asset.
  • Prior supervision of industrial represented workforce.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP and site orders, procedures, policies, and work practices.
