Join Our Team of Healthcare ProfessionalsWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner NP FNP and Physician Assistant PA-C to join our growing team serving the Northern Virginia community.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of the patient's home.
- Work as part of a clinical care team with a DispatchHealth Medical Technician (DHMT) to provide comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management.
- Perform minor procedures, splinting, wound care, and IV fluid and medication administration.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital, Family Practice, Cardiac, Pulmonary, or other relevant areas.
- Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
