We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at Peoplelink Staffing Solutions. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality control and quality assurance testing on products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Operate various laboratory instruments and machines to analyze samples and perform tests.
- Record and document all test results and data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify and report any quality issues or abnormalities to the laboratory supervisor and production team.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to adjust production batches to ensure products meet specifications.
- Generate certificates of analysis for products as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the laboratory team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in quality control or quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications, such as SAP.
