  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case development and trial preparation
  • Draft and edit pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage discovery and evidence to ensure a strong case strategy
  • Participate in case development and trials to advocate for our clients' interests
  • Interact with clients, adversaries, and third parties to build strong relationships and resolve disputes
  • Assist in arbitrations and mediations to achieve favorable outcomes

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of litigation/transactional experience in a law firm or similar environment
  • Admitted to the New York bar; admission to the New Jersey bar is a plus
  • Judicial clerkship is preferred
  • Experience in federal and state court is preferred
  • Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, good judgment, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
  • Motivated to develop skills as a litigator
