POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role focuses on the design and enhancement of new products, as well as the significant redesign of existing offerings, ensuring compliance with industry standards, cost efficiency, and quality benchmarks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engage in all phases of product development, from concept generation to market introduction.
  • Revise and enhance current product lines.
  • Create prototypes and evaluate design ideas.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in product design from concept to manufacturing.
  • 3-5 years in a hands-on role involving complex problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience in collaborative team projects.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Strong technical, conceptual, and engineering abilities.
  • Commitment to ongoing education through relevant seminars and courses.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and facilitate collaborative efforts.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; familiarity with CAD/CAM systems (Solidworks preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Understanding of concrete accessories and forming customer requirements.
  • Effective team player.
  • Ability to balance internal and external customer needs in decision-making.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
