United Wellness Center, LLC is in search of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is capable of fulfilling the responsibilities associated with this role effectively. The ideal candidate will be expected to perform the following essential duties:
- Oversee and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Educate staff members on the specific behavior treatment plans tailored for each client.
- Adjust and enhance client programs that are either stagnant or have been successfully mastered.
- Conduct initial assessments and periodic reassessments every six months.
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of behavior plans throughout the treatment duration, adapting as necessary based on the child's progress.
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) when required.
- Provide training for parents and caregivers.
- Assist with any clinical requirements as they arise.
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
