Job Description

This role involves analyzing construction methods, creating detailed sketches and drawings, ensuring installation quality meets specifications, managing the RFI process, and actively participating in project meetings and planning sessions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in an Engineering field or Construction Management, 1-5 years of professional experience, and a genuine interest in or passion for construction.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive base salary of $72,000-$84,000, along with excellent benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage (85% employer-covered), discretionary bonuses, PTO of 2-3 weeks, holiday pay, and a profit-sharing program.
