Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing CT procedures and providing patient care during these procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and perform a variety of CT procedures.
  • Provide patient care during procedures.
Physical Demands

The following physical demands are essential to this role:

  • Standing, sitting, walking, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking, lifting, pushing/pulling maximum weight of 50 pounds of force, carrying usual weight of 25 pounds.

The following physical demands are continuous:

  • Reaching at and below shoulder level, repetitive arm/hand motions, frequent gripping of an object.

The following physical demands are frequent:

  • Stooping/bending, lifting weight up to maximum weight of 50 pounds, carrying usual weight of 50 pounds, reaching above shoulder level, static gripping of an object for prolonged periods.

The following physical demands are occasional:

  • Kneeling, squatting, twisting body.
Working Conditions

This role is not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions. However, the candidate will be exposed to communicable diseases.

Qualifications
  • Current Hawaii state license as Radiologic Technologist.
  • Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (A.R.R.T.).
  • Current BLS/HCP certification.
Experience

The ideal candidate will have two (2) years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an acute care facility, or one (1) year of experience in Radiologic Special Procedures. CT experience is preferred.

The candidate should demonstrate in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively communicate with the Medical Staff, as well as well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
