:The Indian Prairie School District 204 is seeking a highly qualified Middle School Computer Education Teacher to join our team. As a Computer Education Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and instructing students on District and state standards aligned curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet District expectations and align with state standards.
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual student needs.
- Communicate with parents and students on progress and provide regular feedback.
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to plan instruction and implement curriculum.
- Participate in staff development and school improvement activities to maintain professional growth.
- Enforce and support school policies, philosophies, and objectives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A valid Illinois Professional Educator License with endorsements in Business, Marketing, and Computer Education.
- Candidates with additional endorsements are preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Middle school environment.
