Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Overland Park Regional Medical Center KS. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate GE Optima CT scanners to perform a variety of exams, including all CT exams
  • Prepare patients for exams, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient exams and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Current ARRT (CT) certification and KS license
  • Experience with GE Optima CT scanners and McKesson PACS documentation system
  • Excellent patient care skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work 4/10 hr shifts with minimal call on Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat 730p-6a
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in trauma care and ability to work with critically ill patients
  • Knowledge of Meditech documentation system
