Kitchen Steward

CEDCO: The Mill Casino Hotel & RV Park is a leading destination for gaming and hospitality on the beautiful southern Oregon coast.

We are seeking a highly motivated Kitchen Steward - Dining Room Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe dining environment for our guests and employees.

About the Role:

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Perform various cleaning tasks, including washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist with daily closing procedures and ensure all areas are secure and ready for the next day.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
