Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Valid LPN/RN license in the state of Utah.
  • CPR certification.
  • 1+ year of healthcare experience, preferably in pediatric home health or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
