Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Banking Manager to lead our branch performance, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a strong customer-centric culture and mentoring colleagues to achieve their full potential.

About the Role:

The Enterprise Banking Manager will be accountable for driving business results through inspirational leadership, collaborative partnerships, and sound operational practices. This role requires a strong ability to coach and develop colleagues, manage objectives, and meet sales goals in a profit and loss environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead branch performance, sales growth, and colleague and customer experience
  • Create and maintain a strong customer-centric culture
  • Mentor and manage colleagues to achieve their full potential
  • Manage objectives, meet sales goals, and ensure P&L targets are met and exceeded
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to assist colleagues in achieving personal/branch goals

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Leadership experience with proven ability to coach and develop colleagues
  • 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking environment
  • Successful record of managing objectives in meeting sales goals, deadlines, and branch goals in a profit and loss environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing a branch with an FTE count up to 8 or more
  • Remote or multi-unit management experience
