Intensivist Physician for Cardiac Critical Care

Palm Health Resources is seeking a dedicated and skilled Intensivist Physician to join our team at World Class Hospital in Texas.
About the RoleWe are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Critical Care Medicine specialist with expertise in managing critically ill cardiac patients. The ideal candidate will have experience working in close collaboration with cardiologists and other specialists to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage critically ill patients with advanced heart failure requiring left ventricular support devices and post-orthotopic heart transplant.
- Perform critical care procedures, including endotracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation, Swan Ganz catheter placement, and central venous line management.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A strong background in Critical Care Medicine.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Palm Health Resources provides a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $250,000 - $350,000, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for professional growth and development.
The estimated salary range is based on national averages for similar positions in Texas and may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
