Job Summary

Walk On's Sports Bistreaux is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server/Hostess/To-Go Representative to join our part-time team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and support colleagues as needed.
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including food and beverage items, and make recommendations to guests to enhance their dining experience.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and maintain a high level of integrity with regards to cash handling procedures.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible with your schedule, as hours may fluctuate due to special events or business needs.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Ability to read and comprehend training materials, menu information, and other essential documents.
  • Previous Experience: Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and cheerfully interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
