Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Merchandising Associate to join our team at HomeGoods. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the growth of your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Support and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
  • Initiate and participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Retail customer experience preferred.

This position has a starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
