Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain physical, social, and mental functions. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet department objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Supervise and mentor occupational therapy assistants as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent required.
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field preferred.
  • Two years of occupational therapy experience preferred.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice required.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
