About the Job
This is a full-time and part-time position that involves working with customers to understand their needs and providing them with assistance to find the products they require. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's inventory levels, stocking shelves, and processing customer transactions efficiently. Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess basic math skills for handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers by answering questions, providing product information, and making recommendations
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot
* Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
* Stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and ensure that products are displayed attractively
* Work collaboratively with other sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math skills for handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
* Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive pay rates starting at $14.00 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based increases. In addition to your hourly wage, you may also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Health benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage.
