Optician

We are seeking a highly skilled Optician to join our team at Sam's Club. As an Optician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with purchasing decisions, and promoting our products and services.

• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up displays, and organizing product displays.
• Maintain the sales floor in the optical area by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, and arranging merchandise.
• Receive and stock merchandise in the optical area, and organize and maintain the area by following company procedures.
• Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Sell optical products and services by assisting members with purchasing decisions, measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses, and completing eyewear/contact lens orders.
