Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Room Attendant to join our team at White Lodging. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and service in our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, adhering to White Lodging's guidelines and certification training.
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report deficiencies or complete work orders as necessary.
  • Perform daily general clean duties, including cleaning bathrooms, stripping rooms of linen and trash, changing linen, and making beds.
  • Restock housekeeping carts and vacuums, and store them in designated areas.
  • Turn in room status reports to supervisors or front desk staff.
  • Assist in training new associates and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Practice safety standards at all times and report unsafe conditions or suspicious activity to security or management.
Requirements
  • Must pass certification quiz/test for position.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally with assistance.
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, reach, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, talk, and hear.
