We're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Delivery Advocates at Carvana. As a key member of our Market Operations team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in your market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers
- Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, ensuring safe transportation
- Complete customer paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading and unloading vehicles
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
