Critical Care Transport Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN to lead our critical care transport team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant adult, pediatric, or neonatal critical care area and be certified in ACLS, BLS, PHRN, and PA Registered Nurse License.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role
This is a full-time position with rotating shifts, requiring the ability to work effectively under limited supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a leader in the transport environment, you will direct and evaluate total patient care, orient and train transport personnel, and maintain positive relations with referring and receiving departments and nursing units. Additionally, you will participate in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills of personnel. A graduate of an accredited school of nursing and eligible for medical command in the Commonwealth of PA, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety during transport.
Key Responsibilities
* Directs and evaluates total patient care in the transport environment
* Orients and trains transport personnel
* Maintains positive relations with referring and receiving departments and nursing units
* Participates in education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills of personnel
Requirements
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)
* Eligible for medical command in the Commonwealth of PA (Required)
* 1 Year experience performing critical care interfacility transport (Preferred)
* 3 Years experience in relevant adult, pediatric, or neonatal critical care area (Preferred)
* ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
* BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
* PHRN - PA PreHospital RN Cert (Required) or EMT-P - Paramedic Certification (Required)
* RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
