About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Architect to join our team at Lincoln Financial Group. As an Application Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Master Data Management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with MDM tools and technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the data mastered through the C360 process.

This role requires 5+ years' experience in application development that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities of this position. The estimated salary for this role is $90,300 - $164,700 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, code, test, and implement complex application enhancements within a Talend environment.
  • Provide general production support, meeting defined scope and target dates with minimal or no defects.
  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with senior management to incorporate current trends and developments in current and future solutions.
Requirements
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in application development that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities of this position.
  • Technically proficient in Amazon Web Services (EMR, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Secret Manager, IAM, S3, RDS, EMR), SQL query building/relation database, Unix shell scripting, Hadoop HDFS, Rest API, Java.
